Shipping policy

Shipping costs are covered by the customer and are not included in the price of crickets.  Shipping will be done using UPS, mostly ground shipments.  But during the peaks of summer and winter, we will have to ship overnight to ensure live arrival.  Throughout the rest of the year we will keep your costs lower by shipping ground, as long as you're within 2 days delivery time.  If you are in the middle of the country, where it takes 3 days to arrive, we may need to use a different service to guarantee live arrival such as 2-day shipping.
