*Important Shipping Info* - Orders ship Monday through Wednesday, and are processed by 12pm each day. If your order comes in past 12pm, we will fill and ship the order the next day. Orders after 12pm Wednesday will have to ship on Monday.
GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL - Please contact us within a few hours of delivery if the crickets come in damaged or dead. Please provide pictures and we will resolve the issues ASAP, getting new crickets immediately on their way. If you have any issues with your order, including experiencing deaths within the first few days, contact the owner and we can see what's going on, and fix whatever issue might be causing the deaths. All of our quality tests are packaged just like your order, and left in a 65-75 degree room, untouched, for 7 days. Every test ends with less than 10 dead, due to the stress of packing. We've even had 14 day tests, left alone completely, and still only had a dozen or so dead!

This guy not only refunded my money, he sent a new shipment. I think doing one or the other would have been fair, but he did both!!
